Workshop format: The workshop will consist of two and a half days of talks, panels, informal breakout sessions, and a boat trip to local Helsinki islands. The number of workshop attendants is limited so you are advised to register early.

Submission of abstracts or extended abstracts: April 15th
Notification of invitation to attend the workshop: May 15th
Deadline for hotel booking: June 5th
Workshop dates: July 6th-8th

Arrangements: The workshop will be held at the Marina Congress Center in downtown Helsinki overlooking the harbour. A block of rooms has been reserved for workshop attendees until June 5. The special workshop rate of 80 euros/night for a single room includes a full breakfast buffet, and is available for those presenting an IIIA reservation code that will be emailed to registered participants (the workshop attendees are expected to arrange their accommodation directly with the Marina Congress Senter).
